Because the conversation is better when we know who we're talking to. Our full catalog has over thirty thousand pieces. If we sent everyone the whole thing, nobody would find what they need. When you tell us what you source and where you ship, we respond with a curated linesheet tuned to your brand — usually within 24 hours.

No. We don't sell lists, we don't share contacts, we don't build ad retargeting audiences from your details. Your information is read by our team and used to respond to your inquiry. That's it.

200 units per SKU is our standard minimum. We can go lower on certain categories for the right partner — tell us what you're making and we'll let you know what's possible.

Ten working days from the moment we agree on scope. Samples ship by DHL. Complex custom pieces may take fourteen. We send photos at every production stage so you see it before it arrives.

30% advance, 70% against bill of lading on first orders. Established partners can move to Net 30 or LC at sight by arrangement. Payments via wire transfer to our Indian bank, USD or EUR.

Yes. Serious buyers are welcome to visit Moradabad, walk our floor, meet the artisans, and examine the books. Many buyers come during the EPCH Delhi Fair and then make a side trip. Tell us when you're coming and we'll host you properly.

Both. Our Atelier program is specifically built for small-to-mid home brands with orders in the 200–5,000 unit range — too small for the big generic factories, too specific for ordinary vendors. If your brand is in that tier, we probably fit you better than most alternatives.

We exhibit at Ambiente Frankfurt annually. The next show is 12–16 February 2027 at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. Meetings are by appointment only; booth numbers and meeting slots are shared with verified buyers ahead of the show. Our workshop is in Moradabad, India — serious buyers are welcome to visit, preferably during or around EPCH Delhi Fair. Full details and request forms are on our Meet Us page.
