The candlestick is where brass earned its place in the home — heavy enough to hold a flame steadily, warm enough to glow by it. Moradabad has been making them for the world's tables for generations, and they remain one of the deepest categories on our workshop floor: taper candlesticks in graduated heights, pillar and votive holders, tealights, glass-sleeved hurricanes, lanterns, sconces, and candelabras.
Every technique the category asks for happens in-house — sand casting and lost-wax casting for sculptural forms, spinning for cups and bases, hand-hammering for texture, engraving for detail, and patina work for finishes from bright mirror to centuries-old bronze.
