Who this is for

Retailers, gift shops, importers, distributors.

If you buy home goods to sell them again — a boutique chain, a department-store buyer, a gift and garden retailer, an online marketplace seller, an importer with a distribution network — this page is the short version of how we work. We are the factory, in Moradabad, India; there is no trading company between you and the people who make the pieces.

That matters for three reasons a wholesale buyer cares about: the price has one margin in it, not two; the answer to a product question comes from the workshop floor within two hours; and reorders arrive matching the first shipment because the same hands made both.

What you can source

One supplier, eleven categories.

Candle holders, tableware and serveware, barware and copper mugs, home decor, hooks and hardware, lighting, accent furniture, picture frames, bone inlay, and seasonal — in brass, copper, aluminium, iron, wood, marble, resin, and mixed materials. A working catalog of more than 30,000 pieces, of which a small sample is public and the rest opens with trade access.

Most wholesale buyers consolidate: a candle-holder range, a serveware set, a few decor heroes, and hooks or frames as the volume line, all in one container and one finish story. That is the order the workshop is built for.

What a retailer needs from a factory

Retail-ready, on arrival.

Packaging: printed inner boxes, hang tags, barcodes, care cards, and master cartons labelled for direct-to-store or DC consolidation — see private label.

Compliance: SMETA 4-pillar and BSCI social audits, ISO 9001:2015, FDA and LFGB food-contact reports per SKU, REACH, Proposition 65 lead-free alloys, candle-safety labelling — the vendor-onboarding file, ready.

Consistency: inspection against the approved sample before packing; third-party pre-shipment inspection welcome.

Calendar: seasonal programs planned backwards from your floor date; see the seasonal calendar.

How we fit

We are the factory. Not the middle.

Hands & Craft is a family-owned workshop in Moradabad — fifty artisans on our floor, a network of two hundred more, a 100% solar-powered site, and more than a decade of export shipments to retailers and importers in thirty-plus countries. Questions buyers ask

Answered before the first call.

Do you sell wholesale to small retailers and gift shops, or only to large importers?

Both. The published minimum is 200 units per SKU, and an assortment of six to twelve SKUs at that level is a normal first order for a boutique chain or gift retailer. Importers and distributors run container programs on the same catalog with volume pricing and territory arrangements discussed case by case.

How is wholesale pricing quoted?

Per project, FOB Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), in USD, on the exact SKUs, finishes, quantities, and packaging you specify. We do not publish a price list because finish and packaging move the number; a linesheet with indicative price bands for your category arrives within 24 hours of trade access.

What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

Terms are published on our Atelier page and confirmed on the pro-forma invoice — typically a deposit with the order and the balance against shipping documents. Letters of credit are accepted for container programs.

Can you ship to our warehouse door rather than FOB?

Yes. CIF, DAP, and DDP are quoted on request through our forwarders or yours; many US and UK retailers prefer DDP so duty and clearance are handled before arrival.

Do you offer exclusivity to distributors?

Territory or channel exclusivity on specific designs is possible for distributors who commit to a program; it is discussed after the first order rather than promised before it.

How do we get the full catalog and pricing?

Request trade access — a two-minute form. We confirm who you are, then share the full catalog, pricing, MOQs, lead times, and compliance documents, and put you in direct contact with the production team.
