The Atelier

Your design.
Our workshop.

Private-label manufacturing for design brands, retailers, and trade buyers. Brass, copper, aluminum, wood, marble, resin, iron, and mixed-material pieces — hand-finished in Moradabad, made to your specification, in the quantities your business actually needs.

Who it's for

The Atelier is for three kinds of buyers.

Designers and brands with their own specs. You have a design, a moodboard, or a tech pack. You need a workshop in India that can make your piece correctly, at the quality level you want, in the quantities your launch requires. We make what you send us — with honest feedback about what works and what doesn't.

Retailers and importers sourcing at scale. You need a reliable private-label partner for your existing line — brass barware for a US chain, wood-and-marble serveware for a Danish importer, seasonal pieces for a European gift distributor. We work in container quantities: 500 to 50,000 units per run, with real compliance behind every shipment.

Buyers we met at a trade show. You saw our work at Ambiente Frankfurt, EPCH Delhi, or through a buyer we both know, and you want to move to a real conversation. The access form is the fastest way to get back to a verified-buyer relationship with us.

For ESG-serious buyers: our day-shift production runs on a 25 kWp rooftop solar array commissioned May 2026. If your brand is tracking embedded carbon on finished goods — or if you are selling into markets with CSRD / CBAM reporting requirements — we share our monthly generation data and per-shipment renewable-energy share on request.

How it works

From first message to first shipment.

STEP 01

Access & brief

Request access. Tell us what you want to make — a sketch, a reference image, a Pinterest board, a rough spec. We respond within two hours during Indian working hours.

STEP 02

Scope & pricing

Within 24–48 hours you get: suggested approach, estimated price per unit at your MOQ, lead time, sample timeline, and questions we need answered to move forward. Real numbers, honestly.

STEP 03

Sample in 10 days

Once scope is approved, we make a sample. Target: 10 working days to your hands via DHL. Photos of every production stage. Real piece before you commit.

STEP 04

Iterate freely

If the sample is right, we move to production. If it's close, we adjust and re-sample. If it's wrong, we start over honestly. No guilt, no pressure.

STEP 05

Production

Typical runs take 45–70 days. You get weekly photo updates from the workshop floor. If there's a delay, you know the day we know. If there's a problem, you hear about it from us, not from the shipment arriving wrong.

STEP 06

Inspect, pack, ship

Every unit inspected before packing. Defects pulled, not hidden. Packed to your spec — branded cartons, retail-ready, whatever you need. Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva or door-to-door.

Private label & packaging

Your brand on our pieces.

Most buyers we work with are launching, protecting, or expanding their own brand. We private-label everything — hang tags, inner packaging, master cartons, insert cards, barcode and SKU schemes, even the "Made in" language — so the piece arrives at your warehouse looking like you made it. Co-branded pieces are not a thing we do.

Sustainability roster

Not one green gesture. A full operating standard.

100% on-site solar

Real photovoltaic array on our own roof. Every machine on the floor runs on it — hammers, lathes, the polish plant, powder-coating line, electroplating tanks, lighting. Not offsets. Not green-tariff grid. Actual panels over actual production.

Electric commute

We helped most of our artisans switch to EV scooters for the workshop commute — made the connections, helped set it up. Most of the scooters parked at the workshop gate are electric now. Petrol not burned, air our neighbours don't have to breathe.

Infinitely recyclable metals

Brass, copper, aluminum, and iron can be melted and reformed forever. We reuse scrap, melt off-cuts, and minimize waste at every stage. A piece we ship today can be remelted into something new in 2050 with no degradation.

Legal-sourced wood

Mango, sheesham, acacia, and teak from legal Indian suppliers with paperwork. Mango in particular is regenerative — cut at the end of its fruit-bearing life, replaced with new plantings, the wood becomes furniture.

Fair labour, audited

Sedex SMETA 4-pillar audited. Our artisans are paid fair, market-comparable wages. Apprentices train the old way — paid, with no child labour and no forced overtime. Releasable audit reports for verified buyers.

Toward ISO 14001

Working toward formal environmental-management certification. Timeline depends on auditor scheduling, not our readiness. Combined with our daytime-solar operation, this materially lowers the embedded carbon on every piece compared to grid-only workshops.

After the shipment

We don't disappear once it lands.

Most suppliers treat the container handover as the end. For us, it's the point where the relationship starts mattering. A few things we do by default, without extra cost:

Defect replacement. If pieces arrive damaged or wrong — freight damage, missed QC, anything — we replace them on the next shipment or credit the next PO. Photos, no arguments.

Re-order priority. Second and third orders from existing buyers move ahead of new-buyer work in our production queue. Your relaunch doesn't wait behind our onboarding.

Sample lending. Need extra pieces for a photoshoot, a trade-show display, a retail buyer meeting? We lend samples from the workshop for a week or two, on the house, for any active partner.

A direct line. Every buyer has a named contact on our side. Not a shared inbox. Not a ticket number. A real person, reachable by email or WhatsApp during Indian working hours, same day for any urgent question.

The Invitation

Tell us what you're making.
